Our candidates

When a person goes to a Manpower office for an interview, the consultants analyze the set of jobs that they could occupy. The aim is thus to improve the service offered to both clients and candidates, achieving quick and agile management, and a reduction in the period of time necessary to cover a job offer or to find a job for a person who comes to us. 

Manpower also uses other recruitment channels (traditional and online), collects requests from companies and proposes the best option, the one that best suits each of the needs, studied and personalized each time, carrying out the specific search to obtain the best results in terms of efficacy. 

Traditional recruitment is done by posting job openings in major local or national newspapers, by advertising in our office windows, at events and fairs dedicated to the world of work, or by collaborating with colleges and universities. 

The online search is carried out through our database, publishing new job offers directly in the system and sending the information in real time to our corporate websites WWW.MANPOWER.ES and WWW.EXPERIS.ES, on the networks most widespread social networks (eg Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), and in the largest employment portals. 

The consultants check the candidates coming from the web in order to evaluate the possible compatibility with each job offer, and if it is possible in the short or long term, they summon them for more detailed interviews, more in detail to evaluate the competencies and, finally, Study your adjustment to current job offers. 

Candidate information is available throughout the Manpower network, to allow a search in a wider radius, in those cases that have indicated the availability of geographical mobility, and thus ensure that companies find the right candidate, especially if the skills They are difficult to locate.
